Wild boar
   Wild boar is hunted in autumn and winter by shooting or using pits, nooses and traps.
   Its meat tastes good and is easy of digestion.
   Adding soy bean paste and peppered bean paste to a food as it cooks provides better tastes and stronger flavour.
   The meat of wild boars is prepared in various dishes, such as water-boiled meat slices, sauteed and roasted dishes.
   And the boar’s head aspic was considered a delicacy.
