Haeju Rice Hash
As a special dish of Haeju in South Hwanghae Province, it was also called kolttongbap.
The food is prepared in a similar way with rice hashes in other regions. It is made by mixing boiled rice with sesame oil, seasoned vegetables, meat, bracken collected from Mt Suyang in Haeju and crumbs of roasted laver from Ongjin.
