Trepang Soup
Since ancient times, trepang has been called insam in the sea. It was also nicknamed haeso (sea mouse) after its shape.
Trepang, together with abalone and mussel, has been valued as materials for high-quality dishes.
It was a specialty of the Kosong area in Kangwon Province.
