Chongttok
A thin pancake is made of buckwheat flour, filled with slices of sautéed pheasant and chicken, oak mushroom, boletus, cucumber and so on, and served with vinegared soy sauce.
The food is called chongttok (chong means a rifle in Korean), as its rolled shape looks like a rifle.
